This is built differently to our standard garden building, it's built at your desired location unlike our other garden buildings which is built in our workshop.

When ordering the The Teak garden building only with no extra options it will include the following -

We require a solid and level base for the building to sit on and our price does not include this.
Our installation team requires clear pathways and good access to carry the heavy panels to the build area.

Upgrades

External timber cladding colour – We have a range of options available for colours on your buildings. The most popular colours are - slate grey, silver grey, pine, and reed green. We can offer other colours and are available on request.

This is an upgrade only and does NOT come as standard. Without choosing an insulation or internal wall finish upgrade, the breathable membrane will be left visible. Insulation is a key upgrade for those wanting to use their building all year around. We offer 2 sizes of Insulation PIR board 25mm and 50mm. The insulation includes the floor, walls and roof being insulated. Please note, without an internal wall finish upgrade being chosen, the insulation will be exposed and visible.

Laminate floor – This is an upgrade only and does NOT come as standard. This option is taken by customers to cover the floor insulation. Without a flooring upgrade you will be left with exposed insulation on the floor if an insulation package has been chosen (Customers can install their own laminate if they wish). We offer a grey oak laminate as standard and have different colours available upon request. Our flooring package includes a skirting finish.

Plasterboard and plastered – This is an upgrade only and does NOT come as standard. This option is usually chosen by customers to cover and hide the insulation or breathable membrane on the walls and ceiling. We install 15mm plasterboards to our buildings as standard with a plaster finish. Please note we do not paint or decorate the buildings internally.

This is an upgrade only and does NOT come as standard. This option is usually chosen by customers to cover and hide the insulation or breathable membrane and leaves an attractive timber finish to your building internally. We use redwood tongue and groove boards for our cladding.
